Mr Mak Hoe Kit is the Managing Director, Funds Management of CapitaLand Investment. He has over 27 years of experience in investments and asset management, particularly in real estate and private equity. Mr Mak joined The Ascott Limited in January 2019 as the Managing Director of Ascott Global Serviced Residence Fund. Prior to Ascott, he was with Frasers Hospitality as the Chief Investment Officer. Before that, he was Executive Director – Real Estate in Northstar Group; and Executive Director and Co-Leader – Real Estate in Ernst & Young. Mr Mak spent five years with Pacific Star Group as the Senior Vice President responsible for the Asia Real Estate Income Fund investing in commercial real estate across Asia. He started his career in NatSteel Group in investment and strategic planning across diversified industries.
