Cancer Awareness & Screening Events

Partner with us to organise cancer awareness talks and screening initiatives at your workplace or within your community.

We offer one-hour cancer talks, conducted either on-site or virtually. Each session is delivered by our volunteer doctors from public and private hospitals across Singapore, sharing essential cancer knowledge and practical guidance on early detection and prevention.
Talks can be organised during lunch hours (e.g. 12pm–1pm) or at a time convenient for your employees or stakeholders. To ensure meaningful engagement and to respect the time of our volunteer speakers, we require a minimum of 50 participants per session.
Common tips include:
For other cancer-related topics or alternative education formats, please contact us to explore further options.
Where suitable, we also provide access to various cancer screening services to support early detection.
By hosting a session, your organisation promotes employee wellbeing, encourages early detection, and demonstrates genuine care for your people.
A single screening could lead to early detection — and early detection saves lives.

    Our Supporters

We are deeply grateful to the individuals and organisations whose generosity helps us support those impacted by cancer. Your generosity supports lives well lived through every stage of their cancer journey.

    The Community Behind the Cause

Dr Kalpana Bhaskaran, Deputy Director, Industry Partnership; Head, Glycemic Index Research Unit Advisor

“At Temasek Polytechnic, our partnership with SCS is more than a collaboration. It reinforces our belief that prevention begins with education. Through joint research, public outreach, and hands-on learning opportunities like our nutritious bento projects and SkillsFuture courses, we empower students and the community to understand how everyday food choices support long-term cancer prevention.”

    Ollie Wang, Director, REVL SG

“At REVL Singapore, we believe fitness is at its best when it unites people behind a greater purpose. Supporting SCS is a natural extension of that belief. Many in our community have been personally touched by cancer, and we have long admired the way SCS provides practical support and hope to families who need it most.
Working with SCS has been deeply rewarding. The team is passionate, grounded in purpose and a joy to collaborate with, making every initiative feel meaningful. What stands out most is the organisation’s genuine commitment to the people it serves. You feel that sincerity in every interaction.
Going forward, REVL SG hopes to continue contributing in ways that align with our mission and community, whether through purposeful initiatives, fundraising efforts, or awareness activities that can drive real impact. We value this partnership and look forward to creating even more opportunities to do good together.”

Jacob Soo, General Manager, Breast Cancer Foundation

“When you journey with patients and caregivers, you see them live the cancer journey as one story, from first screening to survivorship. Partnering with SCS helps us move from ‘my programme’ to ‘our community’, aligning strengths so no one walks it alone. We’re committed to deepening this connected, hopeful ecosystem together.”

Ms Aileen Tan, Group Chief People and Sustainability Officer, Singtel

“As the title sponsor of Race Against Cancer, we are heartened by the impact this annual run has made in improving the lives of cancer patients and their families, as well as its success in bringing the community together. This year’s record turnout is a powerful show of solidarity and compassion that will give strength to those who need it most. We are also pleased to have supported many children and youth through our contributions over the years, and we hope that our long-standing partnership with SCS will continue to advance cancer care and a better future for all those affected by cancer.”

Alliance for Active Action Against HPV

“A4HPV and SCS share a commitment to eliminating cervical cancer in Singapore. Together with SCS, we bring awareness and screening into the community and make cervical screening simple, accessible and empowering for women with self-test kits. We are excited to reach even more women, especially those who are underscreened.”

Ms Smitha Sampath, Scientist, MSD Singapore & Volunteer Knitter for The Knit of Love Project

“You are an organisation with the warmest and biggest heart. Keep up your wonderful work. It is truly an honour and privilege to have the opportunity to work and collaborate with you. Thank you.”
